You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. The Sandblast Etch process involves directing a high-pressure, high-speed stream of abrasive grains at the surface of the glass or crystal to roughen a selected area, creating a "frosted" effect that provides the finished imprint with significant depth and dimension. This specialized technique is performed on our high-end collection of vases, bowls, award cups, and drinkware, which are mouth-blown and hand-cut by well-known European brands. The 24% lead content of the material is specifically chosen to enrich the brightness, weight, and hardness of each piece while ensuring maximum clarity and brilliance. Every item is designed with dedicated engraving areas to provide ample space for custom artwork and verbiage, though it is important to note that minor bubbles or flaw lines are natural characteristics of this traditional manufacturing process.
